The other side works fine but i checked the fuse anyway and thats good too. It didnt work at all at first and now after loosening and adjusting it i can finally get it to trigger maybe 20 of the time. Once the horn was disconnected i can now manually short and trigger the relay but the horn button center plate on the wheel is very finicky.
Interestingly enough though the horn does work when i use the keyless entry remote to lock the doors.
